Πέντε φίλοι, σαραντάρηδες σήμερα, εκπρόσωποι της γενιάς του '50, ξανασυναντιούνται μετά από πολλά χρόνια σιωπής. Ο ένας έρχεται από φυλακή, όπου μπαινοβγαίνει χρόνια, ο άλλος από μια σειρά τυφλών φόνων, ο τρίτος αφήνοντας πίσω του γυναίκα και παιδιά, ο άλλος από την περιπλάνηση και η τελευταία, το κορίτσι της παρέας, σκαστή απ' το τρελοκομείο όπου χρόνια κρύβεται...

Μετέωροι όλοι, τυραννισμένοι από άγονους έρωτες, σημαδεμένοι απ' το θάνατο αγαπημένων συνομηλίκων, προδομένοι από την πολιτική των καιρών τους, προσπαθούν, μάταια όμως, να ξαναστήσουν την παλιά συμμορία της εφηβείας τους. Η επανάσταση χάθηκε. Ο καθένας θα τραβήξει τώρα για το δικό του θάνατο, ανοίγοντας έτσι ένα νέο κεφάλαιο στην ιστορία της γενιάς του. Μια ταινία ρέκβιεμ για τους επαναστάτες.

Five friends (representatives of the Fifties generation) now in their forties, get together after many years of silence. One shows up from jail, where he has been entering and exiting for years, the other comes from a series of "accidental" murders, another leaves his wife and kids, the fourth one is a wonderer, and the last one, the girl of the gang, comes from a lunatic asylum where she has been hiding for years... All of them are outcasts, tortured from barren love affairs, wounded from the deaths of their beloved friends and betrayed by the politics of their times. They hopelessly try to reconstruct the gang of their puberty, but the revolution is lost... Now, each in his own way, will progress into a journey of death, thus opening a new chapter in the history of their generation.

Director: Nikos Nikolaidis. Nikos Nikolaidis, the multi-award winning director and writer, was born in Athens on the 25th of October 1939. His directorial debut began with the short film: Lacrimae Rerum 1962, and his official entrance into world of filmmaking was in 1975, with the feature film Euridice Β.Α. 2037. Aside from film directing, Nikolaidis has worked for a record company and has put his signature on more than 200 television commercials. He is the only Greek filmmaker to have been awarded five times as "Best Director" at the Thessaloniki Film Festival, yet never for the "Best Film" category. He passed away on the 5th of September 2007.
